Rozalia is a passionate yoga teacher and sound healing facilitator whose relationship with movement began with dance, giving her an early, embodied sense of presence and the connection between body and mind. That foundation carried her into yoga at a young age, and over time deepened into a 500-hour training in India and certifications in Greece. She holds a degree in Psychology and also teaches kids yoga. She brings sound and vibration into her work through sound healing alongside movement.

Her teaching is rooted in yogic philosophy, yet shaped by a modern awareness of the human experience. With deep respect for the tradition of yoga, she believes in inclusivity and that the practice belongs to everybody, regardless of age, body, or experience. In her classes, Rozalia offers a grounded space where students are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore their inner world  with curiosity and compassion. Rozalia believes in the power of mindful movement to support personal growth, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of belonging, both within ourselves and in the world around us. She values the strength of the collective, recognising community as a vital space for healing, connection, and shared transformation.

Vinyasa Yoga is a creative, flowing practice where postures are linked together through the breath, moving from one pose to the next with each inhale and exhale. No two classes are quite the same, pace and intensity shift with the teacher, whether building toward a peak pose or simply following the rhythm of breath.

Many classes include Ujjayi breathing, a soft, ocean-like sound made at the back of the throat that keeps the mind anchored in the present. Moving mindfully through the transitions matters as much as the poses themselves, and over time, a regular practice builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
