Rozalia is a passionate yoga teacher and sound healing facilitator whose relationship with movement began with dance, giving her an early, embodied sense of presence and the connection between body and mind. That foundation carried her into yoga at a young age, and over time deepened into a 500-hour training in India and certifications in Greece. She holds a degree in Psychology and also teaches kids yoga. She brings sound and vibration into her work through sound healing alongside movement.

Her teaching is rooted in yogic philosophy, yet shaped by a modern awareness of the human experience. With deep respect for the tradition of yoga, she believes in inclusivity and that the practice belongs to everybody, regardless of age, body, or experience. In her classes, Rozalia offers a grounded space where students are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore their inner world  with curiosity and compassion. Rozalia believes in the power of mindful movement to support personal growth, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of belonging, both within ourselves and in the world around us. She values the strength of the collective, recognising community as a vital space for healing, connection, and shared transformation.

Mary Kate is a 500-hr certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. She completed her 200-hr training in 2021 with Love Story Yoga (San Francisco, CA) under the guidance of Stephanie Snyder, Susannah Freedman, and other Love Story Yoga faculty. Love Story Yoga focuses heavily on Bhakti (Devotional) Yoga and the integration of yoga philosophy and chanting with the physical practice. She completed an additional 300-hr training with Jason Crandell in 2025, with an emphasis on functional anatomy and class sequencing. Mary Kate's class is a sweet and sweaty vinyasa flow that aims to provide a challenging yet satisfying physical journey that is in fact an embodied expression and exploration of yoga philosophy.

A life-long dancer, Mary Kate identifies heavily with using the body as a tool and method for accessing the deeper, more subtle layers of our minds, hearts, and the human experience. She also specializes in yoga for dancers, emphasizing certain aspects of the practice that can help with injury management and offsetting certain somatic imbalances that are commonly created with mainstream dance techniques and practices.
